Shipping policy

1. Order Handling and Processing All orders require a processing time of 2 to 3 business days before they are dispatched.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily cut-off time for order processing is 4:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time).

  • Orders submitted before 4:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.

  • Any orders placed after 4:00 PM will automatically begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Fees Shipping costs are calculated strictly based on the total value of your order. Our standard shipping tiers are as follows:

  • Orders up to $50.00: $9.99

  • Orders $50.01 – $100.00: $14.99

  • Orders $100.01 – $200.00: $19.99

  • Orders $200.01 – $300.00: $24.99

  • Orders $300.01 – $500.00: $34.99

  • Orders $500.01 and above: $39.99

Note: Any eligible free shipping promotions or modifications to these delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Timeframes We process and ship orders from Monday through Friday.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7 to 11 business days (from the moment your order is placed until it arrives at your door).
