Refund policy

1. Return Conditions We gladly accept returns within a 30-day window starting from your delivery date. For the quickest resolution, we highly recommend reaching out to us within 48 hours of package arrival to report any concerns. Return requests made outside of this 48-hour timeframe may require additional evaluation before authorization.

  • Store-Fault Returns: If a return is necessary because of our mistake—such as items arriving with severe transit damage, receiving dead plants, getting the wrong product, or inadequate packaging—we will fully cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that clear photographic evidence is mandatory to validate and process these claims.

  • Customer-Preference Returns: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (which includes changing your mind, ordering incorrectly, no longer needing the item, forgetting to collect the package, refusing the delivery, or entering a wrong shipping address), you will be responsible for the return postage. Any items sent back to us must remain in their original, unused condition.

2. Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your returned package at our warehouse, we will send you an email detailing whether your refund is approved or denied. If authorized, we will promptly process the refund back to your original payment method. Please be aware that your financial institution or credit card provider may require additional standard processing days to officially post the funds to your account.
